During the final preparation
I consolidate every supplier, timing and responsibility into a final production plan. Nothing is left as an assumption: access, setup, ceremony cues, deliveries, payments, guest movements and alternatives are confirmed before the day.
On your wedding day
I become the central point of contact for the venue and suppliers. I supervise setup, protect the timeline, solve problems discreetly and make sure you are free to experience your wedding rather than manage it.
Planning from abroad, without the stress
Most of my couples live in another country and visit Italy only once or twice before the wedding, sometimes not at all. That is exactly why the plan has to be clear: decisions explained in plain language, options compared side by side, and nothing important depending on a phone call in a language you don't speak. We talk by video call, I share every proposal in writing, and you always know what has been decided, what is still open and what comes next.
Where paperwork and translations come in
If you are planning a civil wedding, the legal side runs alongside the creative one from the very beginning - the date, the town hall, the documents and any translations all depend on each other. Because Efffetti also handles wedding paperwork and certified translations, nothing falls between two different offices.
